How to use Shipping Label Printing Software
Follow the nine original software screens in order. Each screenshot remains in its own clickable bordered box with its original image URL and SEO attributes.
Open the Shipping software dashboard
- After installing the main setup and its Provider / Support Setup, open the Barcode Label Guru desktop shortcut.
- The dashboard includes Company Info, Report Builder Tool, Barcode Printing and Product Master.
Enter your company information
- Open Company Info from the dashboard.
- Enter your company name, address and contact details. The original guide says these details can automatically appear on printed labels.
- Return to this screen whenever business information needs to be updated.
Manage products in Product Master
- Open Product Master to see your list of saved items.
- Use Excel import/export, item filtering, additional-field settings and delete options as needed.
- Select New to start a fresh product record.
Add product, barcode and batch details
- Enter the required Item Name, Company, Group and Unit before saving.
- Barcode 1 starts from 10001 and increments automatically according to the original guide; you can also enter a code manually.
- Enable Barcode 2 in Item Settings to store an additional shipping or SKU code.
- Set up QR code contents using Item Settings, and enable Maintain Batch for weight and expiry data.
